Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error (wrong item sent).
How to Start a Return
- Go to your account → Orders and click “Request Return” on the relevant order.
- We will review your request and send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if we are covering the cost) or an RMA number.
- Ship the item back to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you paid for expedited shipping, that cost is also non-refundable.
- Damaged or used items may result in a partial refund or no refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
